The government has today released a new policy on support for confirmed victims of modern slavery.

ATLEU is gathering information about the experiences of victims of trafficking when they make applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

The Supreme Court granted ATLEU permission to appeal the judgment of the Court of Appeal in MS (Pakistan). This gives the Supreme Court its first opportunity to consider complex issues concerning the identification of victims of trafficking.
